Which law applies if there is a dispute?
If you contracted with the Korean entity (Cubeberry Co., Ltd.), Korean law applies and unresolved disputes go to the Korean courts. If you contracted with the US entity (Cubeberry Co., Ltd, Delaware), New York law applies and disputes go to the state or federal courts in New York County. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
