Consumers in the EEA and the UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Before payment you confirm that you agree to immediate delivery of the service and credits, and that the withdrawal right ends when you use credits from that purchase. If you have not used any credits, you can withdraw within 14 days of payment and receive a full refund.
