What are the credit validity and refund rules?
Subscription credits are valid for up to one year from the date they are granted, and credit packs for one year from purchase; unused credits then lapse automatically. A full refund can be requested within 7 days of payment if none of the credits from that purchase have been used. After 7 days, or if any credit has been used, no refund is available. On refund, only the credits from that purchase are reclaimed; credits rolled over from earlier are kept. Nothing in the terms limits statutory refund or withdrawal rights in your country of residence. See the refund section below for the process.
