Cubeberry launches XCONDA, an AI video production platform

English · XCONDA Hub

AI content company Cubeberry (CEO Jinseo Lee) has begun the global beta of XCONDA, its AI video production SaaS platform, TechWorld reported.

The strategy for entering the global market

  • It enters a market already claimed by overseas AI platforms such as Higgsfield and Freepik.
  • Its differentiator is technology that unifies fragmented AI tools and guarantees logical completeness in video production.

AI models offered in one place

  • Eight AI tools developed in-house by Cubeberry
  • The latest generative models — Veo3, Kling 2.6 Pro, Runway Gen 4.5 — integrated through their APIs
  • Users spend less time and money switching tools and can focus on the production itself

Headline feature — the 9-cut auto storyboard, Director's Cut

  • Set the year and city of the setting and choose a directing style.
  • Apply a range of art styles — live action (Arri Alexa), Ghibli animation, Pixar and more.
  • Add a product image or model photo and enter a scenario, and a 9-cut storyboard, per-cut director's notes and detailed prompts are generated automatically.
  • You can edit the prompt of a single cut, or regenerate just that cut on its own.

Other built-in features

  • Lipsync-2-Pro — lip-sync that matches multiple speakers
  • 33 Auto Angle Generator — turns one shot into 33 different angles

What the CEO said

CEO Jinseo Lee said the aim was to fill the gaps left by existing global tools and deliver the detail working productions need, transplanting the directing know-how he gained over 28 years as a KBS PD into AI. He added that XCONDA would become "a partner global creators can use in real work".

What comes next

  • Last year Cubeberry was selected as an 'Export Voucher Tech Service' company by the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency.
  • It plans to deepen its business model by linking with Acconda, a matching platform for commissioning demanding work to experts (CPs).
